Advanced IC & Computing — HQ Compliance Certification
Confirms where your company is headquartered, who owns it, and that neither it nor its significant owners appear on a U.S. restricted-party list.
- When it is needed
- Required once per counterparty before any restricted advanced-computing product is released.
- Time to complete
- About 5 minutes
End-Use / End-User Certification
Describes what the products will actually be used for, who the end-user is, and where the system will be installed.
- When it is needed
- Required per purchase order, before the order can be processed.
- Time to complete
- About 5 minutes
GPU-Capable End-Use & End-User Statement
Covers GPU-capable systems and chassis that may later be configured with GPUs or advanced integrated circuits.

- Required before delivery of GPU-capable systems and advanced computing platforms.

- About 6 minutes
What happens after you submit
You receive a reference
Every submission is given a reference code you can quote in correspondence with your account manager.
Our compliance team reviews it
Submissions are screened against current U.S. restricted-party and country-group designations at the time of order acceptance.
Your order proceeds
Once the certification is accepted, the order is released. We will contact you directly if anything needs clarifying.
Information provided in these certifications is used by Exeton Corp to comply with U.S. export-control and trade laws, and may be shared with upstream suppliers, OEMs, and U.S. Government authorities to that extent.
