Certification terms

The End-User expressly acknowledges that U.S. export control laws and regulations apply to transactions involving Exeton Corp products and technical data, including transactions and onward transfers occurring outside the United States. The End-User undertakes to comply fully with all applicable U.S. export control, sanctions, and trade-compliance requirements. The End-User further agrees that, upon Exeton Corp's reasonable request, it will permit Exeton Corp (or its authorized representative) to conduct a physical examination of the supplied products following delivery for the purpose of verifying compliance with this Certification. The undersigned certifies that the foregoing representations are true and correct to the best of their knowledge and that they are duly authorized to sign this Certification on behalf of the End-User named above.
