Initiate a return or replacement for your Exeton hardware with our straightforward RMA process.

How Returns Work

01/

Submit RMA Request

Fill out the return request form with your order details, serial numbers, and reason for return. Our team will review and issue an RMA number.

02/

Receive RMA Approval

Once approved, you'll receive an RMA number and shipping instructions. Approved RMAs are valid for 30 days.

03/

Ship the Product

Pack the hardware securely in original packaging (when possible) and ship to the designated return center with the RMA number clearly labeled.

04/

Inspection & Resolution

Our team will inspect the returned product and process a replacement, repair, or credit based on the RMA type and warranty status.

Return Policies

Standard Returns

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to a restocking fee.

Warranty Returns

Products under warranty that exhibit defects or failures are eligible for repair or replacement at no additional cost.

DOA (Dead on Arrival)

Products that are non-functional upon delivery will be replaced immediately with expedited shipping at no cost.
