Warranty FAQ

The standard warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the duration of the warranty period. This includes all hardware components that were part of the original system configuration.

You can check your warranty status by logging into the Exeton support portal with your order number and serial number, or by contacting our support team directly.

Extended warranty must typically be purchased at the time of order. However, within 30 days of delivery, you may still be eligible. Contact sales for current availability.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, environmental factors (floods, fire, etc.), third-party software, or normal wear and tear of consumable components.

Warranties are non-transferable and are tied to the original purchaser and deployment site. Contact us for special circumstances.
