The End-User acknowledges that all transactions under this order are subject to United States export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 CFR Parts 730–774) and sanctions programs administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control. The subsequent installation of a GPU or advanced integrated circuit may alter the classification of the resulting system and may, based on total processing performance, performance density, or other technical thresholds, subject the system to additional export licensing requirements, including under the Framework for Artificial Intelligence Diffusion published January 13, 2025.
