exeton.com is operated by Exeton Computer Network & Infrastructure Installation & Maintenance L.L.C S.O.C("Exeton", "we"). For any question about this policy or your personal information, email support@exeton.com.

We collect the information you give us and a few technical details:

• Quote requests and inquiries: your name, email address, phone and WhatsApp numbers, company, data center location, subject and message.
• Contact and support requests: the details you enter, such as your name, organization, job title, email address, phone and WhatsApp numbers, the products or services you ask about, timeline and budget ranges, urgency and a description of the issue.
• Compliance forms: the company and contact details, country, purchase order number and answers you give, the signing date, your signature image, and a company stamp image if you add one.
• Your account: your name, email address and password. We store the password only in hashed form.
• Orders: the items you order, your shipping and billing addresses, order notes and the payment status. Card payments are made in Airwallex's secure payment form; we do not see or store your full card number.
• Technical details sent with a form: your IP address and browser type (user agent) and, for some forms, the page you came from and the campaign tags in the link you followed.
• Usage information collected by analytics tools, as described in our Cookie Policy.

• To answer your request, prepare quotes, and provide the products, services and support you ask for.
• To create and manage your account, process orders and payments, and send order and account emails.
• To review compliance forms, including export-control screening of the destinations and end uses you describe, and to keep the signed records.
• To protect the site and our customers, for example by limiting repeated submissions and investigating misuse.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it, where analytics are allowed.

• Service providers that run parts of the site for us: hosting and file storage, email delivery for the messages we send you, Airwallex for payments, Google (Tag Manager, Analytics and advertising measurement) and Microsoft (Clarity).
• Our AI chat assistant at chatbot.exeton.com, which receives the messages you type into it.
• Manufacturers, distributors and logistics providers, where they need your details to fulfil your order or support request.
• Public authorities, where the law requires it, including under export-control regulations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We keep inquiries, requests and account details for as long as we need them to deal with you and for our business records. Orders and compliance records are kept for as long as tax, accounting and export-control rules require. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.

• You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@exeton.com.
• Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to object to how we use your information and to complain to a data protection authority.
• You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time with Cookie settings in the site footer, as the Cookie Policy explains.

The site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Your sign-in is kept in a secure, HTTP-only cookie that page scripts cannot read, and access to personal information is limited to the people who need it.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
