The return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery. 

The product is in its original condition, with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at support@exeton.com or [phone number] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos or documentation.

Once your RMA request is approved, our customer support team will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return address and any necessary shipping labels.

Pack the product securely in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation. Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Ship the package to the specified return address using a trackable shipping method. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify its condition and eligibility for a refund or exchange. We will notify you of the outcome of this inspection within a reasonable time frame.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your return is approved, we will process a refund or exchange as follows:

Refunds: We will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs or restocking fees. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed and posted to your account.

Restocking Fees
